so I changed my monitor refreshment rate from 60 to 85.. now all i get is an error screen and I have no idea what to do. i was told to reset the whole cpu, but i have so many datas that i can't lose... somebody help me out please!!! I tried logging in on safe mode, which only reboots into the error screen, and the low resolution option also directs me to the error screen. it claims that the monitor is out of range. Now i have no idea what to do!!!

Does your monitor support 85? why do you need to go that high?

It was on the option when i checked on the box and showed only the options that the monitor could display. however, my assumption was wrong... i just tried to change it as an experiment.
