HD 4350 not shown in Device Manager

I am having an issue with the hd 4350 card. I read on another post that re-installing windows solved the problem however I have an on-board video unlike the said poster.

Problem:
Device manager only lists the on-board display adapter, not the 4350. Heres the funny thing, When I run my diag program (pasted below) the 4350 is actually listed. I did RMA the first one I received and was disappointed to see the replacement doing the same thing. Anyway the reason for this post is to find any other possible solutions before I go an re-install windows. Wiping my puter is really the last resort for me but at this point RMA is no longer the issue.

Thanks everyone.

Hello Native,
Go in to your Bios, ( normally delete on boot up), and see if you can disable your on-board video card.
Its the only thing i can think of, I'm assuming you have the latest drivers for the HD 4350 card.
Try this and post your results, good luck.

No the current drivers are not installed due to the message I get saying that my ati device is either disabled or not working (not detected) Only video settings I can find in my Bios is to enable\disable dual monitor support and to auto pallet snoop. Still waiting for a response from xfx tech support as well.

The mobo detects the card, just not windows. I half tempted to just put back in my 6200tc and forget it. I just wanted i decent upgrade for gaming but im restricted to a 300w power supply and MUST have an s-video out.

Ok, something really weird happened... I found 1 other person that had my same puter with the same card having th same issue. He reinstalled windows and it worked finally... So I backup what i can and restart my puter with my install disk and just happen to miss the prompt to boot from disk. Well, at this time my monitor was plugged into my on board but my tv was still hooked up to the video card via s-video port. So I restart again to re-install and all of a sudden the bios load screen pops up on my tv and my monitor stays off!... I swap my monitor to the vga out an nothing so I try to enable desktop via adapter settings and I notice windows sees it as an unrecognized vga adapter. I just tried downloading the drivers from the website but it was a fail, after the restart my monitor showed desktop but nothing on tv so im gonna try from the disk now. Will keep ya posted, but go figure heh? I was about to wipe my os!

ok im not sure exactly what happened but after I installed the driver from the disk and restarted the card stopped working again. Restarted my computer a couple more times and got it back, only the vga out wont send a signal, so i put a dmi-vga adapter on an plugged into the dmi out, working. I updated the driver again via web, as that was a newer version and now Im able to use any of the video out ports as long as im only using 2 (cant hook up 2 monitors and the tv like the old card). If I hook up all 3, the s-video loses signal. So far its working, restarted my puter a few more times just for kicks and everythings booting up like it should so Im keepin my fingers crossed. I still have no idea why this card is doin this.

Anyway have a good one today, looks like rain here :)
