windows rating drop

i upgraded video card and my rating dropped from 5.1 to 3.8
anyone tell me why
had a radeon x1650 pro pciE x16 512 memory 128 bit
installed xfx ati HD4350 1gig ddr2 600mhz gpu

Possibly the duration of time between the upgrade may have resulted in the drop in index rating.

In other words, when you had the first video card, your index was 5.1, but as time and technology progressed, by the time you updated, the overall ratings had already changed due to improvements in technology.

Just a thought.

uh..Hate to brake it to you, but HD 4350 isnt better than x1650 pro..
