Believe it or not:
1. I have tried changing Font Sizes.
2. I have tried changing DPI settings.
3. I have tried changing Theme from Vista to Classic. Same issue even on classic.
4. This machine did not have vista sp2, so I installed that, still no fix.
5. I tried reinstalling the drivers from Dell's website (manf)
6. I tried reinstalling the drivers from NVIDIA website.
7. Tried all the above.

Try changing the resolution.
Try 1024 x 768 and see if there is any improvement.

Nada. Still no improvement. on the resolution change. and unfortunately sp2 wiped all previous restore points.
