It does this whenever I play this facebook application or when I'm watching a dailymotion video..
I know it's a small complaint but it really hurts my eyes.
By the way, I am not highlighting it..

Hi MrMidnight and welcome to Vista Forums
Does it just do this for the examples you have given? Can you give an example of a dailymotion video that yields this problem for you so that we can see if it does the same for us? I suspect that it is your graphics settings (hue/saturation), but in order to help we need to know what graphics card you have.
Dailymotion
That is from when I was uploading to Tinypic.
That is a embedded youtube video on a forum I use.
And my graphics card is Mobile Intel (R) 4 series express chipset family
thanks

That's most peculiar. How did you capture those images?
In the meantime, do you have the latest graphics driver installed?

I just print screen'd while it was doing that.
It says 9 matching results.. Which one is mine..?

OK, here are the direct links:
32-bit, .zip  Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows 7* and Windows Vista* (zip)
32-bit, .exe  Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows 7* and Windows Vista* (exe)
64-bit, .zip  Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Windows 7* 64 and Windows Vista* 64 (zip)
64-bit, .exe  Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Windows 7* 64 and Windows Vista* 64 (exe)
It doesn't say 32 bit or 62 bit on dxdiag. It just says Vista Home basic..
Well I tried downloading the 32bit (exe)
And I got an error saying
"The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer
Setup will exit"
Could be something wrong with the color depth that is being displayed (being that it can be 16-bit instead of 32-bit), but ive had this problem with a Dell dimension B110 that has an intel integrated graphics controller. all i did was restart and reset my graphics properties.
