okay you need the drivers to properly run the card... No idea why above would agree to get rid of them... They are needed.,

When you say the writings small, what do you mean? are the icons and titles too small?

Did the guy change the screen res to something bigger than youre use too?
Try holding control key and scrolling the mouse wheel. This will "zoom" things.

But for the love of god, put back the drivers... newest is from here:

i expect you had the wrong resolution set before and installing the correct drivers has set your resolution to the correct settings, have you tried setting your resolution to a lower setting that was easier for you to work with?

ok i will try and explain, the text writting was thicker and clearer on evryhting on my pc, it just seems now its very fine and thin writting , i have adjust , almost evrything from the size of items on desktop , to resolution , its still very thin (typing)

ok i play alot of yahoo pool and even in the room it used to be thicker writting .

but now it seems i have to squint to see a name , (no im not blind and i dont need glasses)

see with this picture as example i circled to random names , even making the screen to full size it dozent matter , it use to be easy reading and viewing..

ps i downloaded drivers again

also it sounds like cleartype might be the problem, cleartype makes the writing a bit clearer by thickening out the letters, you could try and fiddle with that setting, to get here, right click the desktop and click on "personalize" and go to "window color and appearance", click on "open classic appearance properties" at the bottom and click on "effects", now select cleartype in the dropdown menu :)
