I'd give it a 9, I prefer ATI cards, some now do audio HDMI!

I'd give it a 6. Its not a horrible card, but it is one of ATIs bottom cards.
They make 10 or more cards above it and a few below it.
However, the better question is what are you plasnning on doing with it? And how much is it costing you?
Audio.... almost every card with a hdmi out does audio... nvidia or ati. You just need to plug the audio cable into it.

Depends on what your going to use it for. For things like CS4/5 and some casual gaming, its a decent mobility chip.
