Ok so I have recently upgraded my WIndows Vista to Windows 7. The taskbar does not have transparency, and I cannot enable Aero themes. I have asked many people and they have all said that I need a 1.00 GB ram or higher and a graphics card with 64 MB or higher. I have met those requirements, but my taskbar is still not transparent. ANy help? Btw, my graphics card is An Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipsetg (Family)

Would this free app be your alternative ?
