New graphics card.

Okay I am living in the UK, And I am in desperate need of a new graphics card, I have a limit of 200 or so pounds (But I dont mind spending up to 300 if its worth it) I will post my computer details later when Im home but first I need to know is it worth paying sombody from for example PC-World to come out and do it for me or should I put it in myself? Because apparently they seem to mess around abit to make you pay more for labour time and such (This is just a rumour so correct me if I am wrong) The only problem is I dont have a clue about any hardware, but I dont want to be ripped off silly.

I will be playing games like Wow (pref in ultra quality) SC2, Portal 2 etc (Just high end games mainly) so any advice would help :D

Welcome
There is not one answer to this, but if you have at least a small amount of mechanical ability do it yourself. Its very easy

Also go to you tube and watch the procedure.
I would rate the procedure somehwhere between easy and moderate. Probably closer to moderately easy.

Its right simple,

I need to know your specs.... might as well fill in the specs part of your profile.

200 is higher end, 300 is hugh. I usually spec the uk from scan or overclocks, but if you have a perfered place post it up.

btw psu is really important.
