I was having a sound problem (http://www.vistax64.com/sound-audio/290127-problem-probably-realtek.html), and so switched my monitor to onboard graphics and unplugged my adapter thingy that goes into the graphics card (so i could better see my sound jacks). when i was done, i turned of, switched them back and NOTHING HAPPENED :( . all i had was a blank screen, with computer, keyboard, mouse going.

Not sure what the problem is here but it would be great to get my graphics back (as im currently using the onboard  ). I have an ATI Radeon x1300 card, the monitor cord adapter is one with dual monitor support (even though i only use one).

I think youre onboard is still running as your screen.

You need to go into the bios and switch it back.

You need to go into the bios and switch it back.

Didn't work, and it was already on PCI boot priority

You might beable to trick it by removing the x1300, then putting it back in......

I'm not overly experienced with onboards.. sorry. Double check things are plugged right is my next suggestion.

Excellent.

While computers are really really smart........ theyre extremely gulliable! ;)

There was probably a less dramatic way to do this, but this way involved tools!
