Silent 210 Phys Nvidia card

Hi I just put in my new video card and I am noticing on some web pages I am getting flickering going on.. like the page is reloading very quickly but not? Please help

Go to the website of the card and download the most current driver. If that does not work, go to search (by start button) and type device manager, roll back to an earlier driver.
