    You have got me there, not sure what you mean? The attached icon is taken from the control panel, programmes and features page and cannot be opened there only changed or uninstalled.

    According to that you are using 55Gb of 144Gb available on that C partition.

    It's possible that it is being reported wrong, I've seen the same thing with intel drivers.

    You can use something like this WinDirStat - Windows Directory Statistics to see if there is anything on your drive that is that size.

    As suspected, the 6150 is an onboard gpu and chip set.

    Still thoug 4Gig is like the same size as an XP install.

    It doesn't have to be, this one is a little more user friendly,

    Download Disk Space Fan 4 - Fast disk space analyzer and duplicate file remover

    choose the free one. It will look like this after a scan,

    Mine is 701Mb because I have a few of the older drivers still on my system.

    I finally looked into this on my system, and while mine is only 18.1Megs, I only have 1 video card fromn Nvidia.

    I'm now almost certain this is a catch all for you nvidia chipset, and is not 1 file, but ALL files associated with the drivers to run your board.
