    Windows video memory

Hello my hp gpu had died and I dissabled the gpu so I can use it tho I found somthing strange. I cant play mutch games in vista or do mutch graphical stuff but I put ubuntu also on a partition and I can do the graphical stuff and I did not install the NVDIA driver on ubuntu. So I am wondering if I can make vista have the video performance as ubuntu.

Ubuntu has the generic drivers built in, so it boots up wikth them already installed.

Windows does not. You will need to put the proper drivers into vista to get the same video performance.

4 Gb should be plenty to run your game and have the aero effect enabled.
