| Newbie |  display.exe stopped working hi there , i have recently installed vista ultimate x64 and since the fresh install i have been recieving an error message saying that display.exe has stopped working, this doesnt affect anything appart from there being a flashing error at the bottom of my screen, at least i think thats all it is. I have a Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS on an asus k8v-x mobo and AMD 64 3000+.
