Ive reinstalled my video drivers three times and the easytune pro 3 times the pro version added A video overclocking tab which is why i suspect something is the issue there and tghe file vistax64 cant load is atidgllk.sys. I have a ticket open with them they insist it works when they test it. Just curious if im the only one with this issue

Hi Zeromaster,

i take it you overclock your system. Maybe your problem lies there....

I myself use a Asus P35 board, no overclocking, no problems....

If you are overclocking, why not reset EVERYTHING and see what happens?

@zeromaster
if its a Vista X64 only issue then i suggest you wait for an Updated version or check Gigabyte's website, they might already have an updated version.

Meanwhile,u can overclock from BIOS

i am NOT using a Gigabye board, so i said what i use. I merely suggested to NOT overclock in order to see if problems would go away.

Next time i will NOT try to help you.

thanks

Hi

Have a Gigabyte M591SLI-S5 - and have problems with ET5SC utility all the time - usually fails with "MarkFun" driver failed to load - No response from Gigabyte regarding the issue as yet

Will try the ET5Pro version and report back

Re: Anyone out there with a Gigabyte new board with a ATI 2900XT

atidgllk.sys problem. The problem occurs on xp too so there is a driver problem from ati.
This happens on msi cards or any with ati chips on low end cards it seems. I gave up trying to resolve the problem and used sysinternals.to disable from running, after downloading/ drivers so many times I gave up.Msi never again and I will stay away from anything ati.
The drivers have been updated on the msi site but still m/s wont allow to run.
Linux here I come.

Perhaps nest time you will *ask* if the OP is OC instead of assuming that [s]he is.

What makes you think that driver support for Linux is any better?

Please keep discussions on topic. Since you have had problems great. Making incisive statements like you're going to Linux do not belong here.
