You cannot find this trick on MS Help and support but may like it.
You can toggle between 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratio (normal and wide screen) in Windows Media Center the following way: Keep the Ctrl key pressed on your keyboard. Drag any edge (side and not the corner!) of the Media center window and move the mouse until the aspect ratio changes. enjoy |

Hello clkarn,
Welcome to the forums. The aspect ratio is the width/height of the monitor. 4/3 (800x600 etc.) for regular monitors and 16/9 for widescreen monitors. When video or pics are produced at one aspect ratio and viewed at another they can look very odd. This is why viewing a widescreen movie on a 4/3 tv or monitor shows a blank area top and bottom of the screen. Gary |
