Media Center and Snapstream Beyond TV

First, I'd like to state that Beyond TV was working flawlessly until just recently. Additionally, I've already tried working with Snapstream tech support with no solution.

BTV no longer recognizes any video inputs. I had been using S-Video.

I believe that MCE may have taken over my ATI 650 tuner and won't let go. I did recently setup my Xbox 360. I've already disabled all MCE services, reinstalled my tuner drivers and BTV several times (I've gone into safe mode to delete the video drivers). I tried system restore to no avail.

I'm using Vista Ultimate x64, 8Gb ram, Q9450, Nvidia 9600GT (175.16 Drivers), ATI 650 TV Wonder (Catalyst 8.7). Further, I've tried installing the newest 8.8 drivers, but the problem still persists.

I'm trying not to have to reinstall the OS. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Update: I tried repairing my Vista installation using the "Upgrade" option. It got most of the way through the upgrade and the upgrade did not complete. I got a message stating "This version of Windows is not compatible with your computer". I guess I'll keep trying other options.

After much searching, there are apparently issues out there with the ATI Streaming Media Broadcast services update. At least I have a new option to look into...
