| Vista Business 64-bit | Gigaset USB 108 disabled on start up Hi Guys, Am having some problem getting my Siemens Gigaset USB stick 108 to work correctly on my new x64 vista system. I visited the siemens website a few days back and d/loaded and installed their latest "vista drivers" for my wireless adapter. However the card refuses to come on automatically whenever the computer is started up, but works fine if i un-plug and re-plug it back while the computer is switched on. This is becoming highly irritating... any ideas..? Thanks, Farhad. |

| Vista Ultimate 32/Windows 7 Dual Boot | Re: Gigaset USB 108 disabled on start up Dont know the hardware in question personally, but have you checked the software settings for any autostart features? Seems obvious I know, but sometimes it could be that this feature is not on by default. |

| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: Gigaset USB 108 disabled on start up Yes, I have the same problem. Try to use the adapter without the siemens monitor software. Use windows wireless configuration utility instead. What I did is: 1. I uninstalled the software. 2. restart 3. I unpacked the software on download 4. I plugged the adapter in 5. I directed the driver search to the driver folder |
