need help deleting a file?

I need to access webmail to get into my lotus notes account, I can get in, but I get an domino web access warning when I try to reply. I've researched the problem and found that I need to delete the file iNotes6 class in temporary internet folder/settings/view object, but I can't delete that file, I've tried everything. When I right click, the only option is properties. When I go to file delete or file cut, nothing happens. What should I do?
