Vista - My Internet Freezes while Downloadin :(

Welll ... ,

guys can anyone help me out when i use my Net connection in Windows XP PC it works fine while downloadin it always gets done 100 %

and when i use this same connection in my Hp Vista Home Edition laptop after reaching some % it gets freezed can someone help me out ?

also not only downloadin thangs ... when video loads in youtube it happenes the same thang its get stopped loadin ....

Soo help me out guys ...

Sounds like your losing packets of data. Have you went to HP website and see if the latest network card driver on their site is what you have installed?

Sounds like a NIC and/or driver issue. When I used the NIC on my P5K mobo with drivers off the CD it would work fine, once I downloaded the new drivers from Windows Update, the connection would work for a bit and then freeze like you're mentioning. (This was on my XP machine)

I solved the problem by just using a different NIC.
