Welcome to the Vista Forums

It sounds like IE might need to be reset. To reset IE (restore it to out of the box configuration), click start>control panel>network and internet>internet options>advanced tab>then click reset. Restart IE and see if you can connect now.

BTW, I checked the website myself and it came up fine, so it would be something in IE that needs attention.

I hope this helps.

Re: Help I cant connect to a website!!

well I did that and it still doesnot work..

it just started yesterday when I called my ISP to change the type of plan I have and ever since then it does not work. I know it is a ISP problem because Every PC at my house cant conect. I guess I will have to call my ISP

Is there anyway my ISP could be blocking it?

PS thanks for the help JOE

Re: Help I cant connect to a website!!

I had a similar problem with a Hosting Company I had some sites with. I could not get on at home but could at work and my parent's house . The way it was explained to me is - if a router is down somewhere along the route you use to access the site you won't get it. Using another computer and getting through could mean it uses a different route to get to the site. You can start with your ISP and they may be able to help narrow down where the problem is. If possible I would also notify the site Admin so they are aware of the issue. Do you have problems with other sites or just this one? The problem I had was the Host was in North Carolina and the route I used to access it went through Texas. So there was no problem on the Host's side and none on my ISP but there was a company in Texas that had constant problems. I ended up switching to a Host in New Jersey and have not had a problem since. Even with this site I sometimes have trouble from my work PC but not my home getting the site to load. Also consider I am no expert at the internet, I'm just relaying what I was told at the time. Hope it helps out!
