Lacking a network location for computer running XP

I have three computers and they can all talk to each other
except for TRU-PC running Vista cannot link with BRAVOX which is running XP.

But BRAVOX can read off of the TRU-PC.

In the network sharing center BRAVOX doesn't have a network location, I think this is the problem, but I can't figure out how to change the location to linksys.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
