In Speed Test My Ping it's way over what it should be 145 to 289

i've contacted my internt provider they can't explane this ither they have so many answer but not the right one to correct or fix this.

There are a number of reasons for this, some of which you can control and some which are completely out of your control. Before you continue, disconnect ALL phone equipment (including cables to your PC and router) and reconnect them. The action of doing this wipes the contacts inside the connector and can sometimes give you a better connection - you probably don't notice this at audio levels, but at high-frequencies such as those used by broadband, it can make a huge difference. This should at least ensure that everything is connected properly at your end. Next, test your speed by following the link below. Remember that the results of this are merely a guide and represent your machine's capability at that moment in time. Repeat the test several times to get a truer result, also try the test at different times of the day to minimise the effects of network density in your area. This advice holds true in the UK where I am based, and it probably does for you too.

done all that line as Clean as a whistle it's the Central Offices software Lanturn and web care that has flaws in it I have a previous post here for some connection drops
I'm on Interleave correction software from the central office it has the flaws in it they need to put my account back to Fast Verizon In The States and Bell Sympatico are the only ones so far with my Speeds 1088 -1.1.1.9 Up Load 16.319 Megs down loads cable dosn't we have this and they can't arry the speeds as of yet
and where on The Fiber Optics here . Frequencys are fine it's the software to manatin it at the central office is screwed up
