Vista - Internet Stops

Ok. I currently connect to the internet over a broad bank connection. (Using a wire into my router, not wireless)

Every so often my internet will simply stop working. I'll be surfing the web, and it'll suddenly go out. My icon in the corner of my screen says that I'm connected to the internet, but no pages will load, and nothing will actually happen. If I go into my internet options and disconnect from the intrnet and then try to reconnect to the internet I usually get a error like: "the network is incompatible".

I don't understand how this could happen. It was happening whe I was on wireless, but then I moved over to using a wire and it's happening still. Any ideas?

this may be due to lots of causes what you could do is can you paste back the ipconfig /all over here to help you with this.
