i have slow bandwidth

hey guys i like to watch youtube videos and stuff and with vista i cant really do that anymore. I could watch them all the time with xp. But vista is too slow on the bandwidth. Can someone help me get my connection more like XP so i can youtube? thnks

I'd try this tutorial first. Auto Tuning - TCP/IP receive level

The best option would be to disable the hardware acceleration and phishing filter on the computer .
  1. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab, and then click the Advanced button.
  2. Click the Troubleshoot tab, and then choose the desired level of hardware acceleration.
