Vista - problem with uploading small files to FTP

I have problem with uploading lots of small files to FTP over Vista. I tried few programs for FTP transfer and it doesn't resolve problem. If I uploaded big files (100 - 300 MB) FTP transfer working fine, but if I uploaded lots of small files (100 x 5 Kb etc.) connection was terminated after few files transfered (every 20 - 50 files). Error message is "server connection failed". If I try this on same computer with Win XP it is work fine.
Any idea?

What happens if you change the Number of Simultaneous Connections to 1

if I change number of simult. con. to 1, it doesn't have any effect to this

I've been using WS FTP95 LE for a couple months now with no problems.

Hi, I was trying FileZilla and another programs and some of them can reconect lost connections autommaticly, but problem is not resolved - during uploading small files, connection is broken for many times. Using this programs is can help me, but I relly want know what is cause, because in Win XP it is working fine ....

Have you applied any system tweaks, such as disabling autotuning or increasing the number of simultaneous connections in IE?

Well, have a look in your ftp client configuration, in FileZilla you have many options regarding your problem.
The other thing to do is to try uploading with the firewall disabled to check if the problem don't come from this side.
