| Windows Vista Home Premium x64 | Can connect wirelessly, but not wired. Hello, ever since I enabled and disabled sharing on windows vista, about 2 hours in, (this being HomePremium x64), I can connect wirelessly to my router, but not wired. Ever since I installed vista this has been the case, though the ethernet does work on other computers, just not the newest installment with vista on it. The computer has worked before, and I am pretty technologically inclined, so feel free to ask me to do w.e, and I will do my best. I would usually have solved this by now, but it is being a real pain. All help is greatly appriciated, thanks. Adding on to my post, I uninstalled vista completely (was dual booting with XP), and now it doesn't even work on XP, but wireless still does. Last edited by ShammyKon; 06-18-2008 at 07:50 PM.. |
