Hi all,
I think this board might be my only hope.
I've been using Vista Home Premium x64 SP1 for a few months now and connecting to my wifi is a definite no no, but that is probably due to the fact that I use a crappy wifi card in my desktop that is not configured for use with Vista.
No biggy, I just use the integrated ethernet plug on the motherboard and it works fine.
Until.
Every time I try to upload something larger than lets say 10mb it has a fit and goe into the now well-known Local Only mode.
It also does this sometimes when I visit Facebook (weird I know) or when the PC goes into sleep mode and comes back online after I wake it.
But mostly I get the upload problem.
Downloading is fine.
I checked and upgraded all the necessary drivers, have all the vista updates and am stuck using my laptop (running XP Pro) for the uploading part of my daily work.
I use Bitdefender as an AV and Firewall.
thanks for any advice.
Willy
