Cant connect to internet via mac network

Hi,

Been scouring the internet and still have the problem. Im copy and pasting my posts on another forum which couldnt help me. Hope that is ok

Ive just moved into a new apartment where they have wireless set up. It works fine on my gf's mac (all the comps on the network are macs) but my PC cant connect.

It connects with the network (after a good couple of mins identifying) but not with the internet.

Now i have unchecked TCP/Ipv6

I have disabled the DHCP Broadcast flag on all 4 subkeys i could find.

What country are you located in. - US
Name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider). - Its my landlords connection so not sure
What is the expected Upstream/Downstream speed for your ISP Connection? - erm.. 54mbps

I can access the router through the airport admin on the mac but cant get through with the PC. Im not very tech savvy so can anyone help?!

As a side issue. In the last place i managed to plug in another airport and by clicking the WDS on the airport admin i got it working with the xbox. I cant seem to do it now. WHen i set it up there is no connection.

i actually couldnt find the network in the list of preferred networks. I added it manually but then the password is just the same.

The strange thing is that i was connected a few days ago but for a short while. Have no idea how or why but i think the landlord reset the router.

I'd use that thread I posted and go talk to the landlord to make sure every thing is OK - perhaps he reset it because of the unknown connection (being your PC) to lock you out thinking that you were someone trying to hack in from the outside....
