I just bought a laptop with Vista Basic 32x installed on it. I found out that I feel much more comfortable with XP and I decided to install it instead. I remowed vista and installed the XP but the drivers disk that came along with the computer suits to vista only. All important thing are on that cd. My laptop has a built-in wifi card and to use it I must install the software from the cd but I can`t because an error appears and says it`s suitable for vistas only. And when I wanted to reinstall vista it started not to work properly. Everything is OK until I select repair . It loads till percent 20 and gives me a big-big red error. And there is small (err = 23) on top.
Could you please help me. I either would like to get vista back or be able to connect to the internet by installing correct software that I don`t know how to get. Soerry for my bad english, I hope you understand.
