| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Remote Assistance I'm new to VISTA and have never used Remote Assistance until now. I am trying to connect with a VISTA user on his wireless laptop. I followed all of the directions here (Remote Assistance) but cannot connect. His screen shows "waiting for connection" and my screen shows that I am unable to connect because the user may not be on (he is). Is there something special I should know about connecting to a wireless laptop, firewall, router, etc.? Thanks! |
