| Mozilla Update | [Vista x64 Sp1]uTorrent and Java So before installing Java 64 bit (uninstalled) then 32 bit (works with Limewire), uTorrent doesn't work anymore. As soon as I start it, it now KILLS my inet connection and I need to reboot each time to have it working again. I tried run as admin, enable/disable upnp, set forwarding, limit incoming connections... I would ask for a new/ more compatible BT client but I already in the middle of downloading gigs worth of stuff with uTorrent. What to do... |

Then if you must use the gnuttella network grab Frostwire FrostWire.com - Official Website - Free BitTorrent/Gnutella Client - No subscriptions, Just download and install |

Hi Harryhk, Try changing the max.halfopen connection limit and restricting your upload bandwidth to 8-12KB for best performance... Options> Preferences> Advanced> net.max_halfopen (change to 4) Steven |
