Just wondering if somebody can help me with the perchase of a desktop wireless card. I need one that will work with home 64 bit vista. I have a lynksys router cant remember the make. My question is are there cards out with 64 bit support and second does it matter which card i buy do to my router beign a lynksys. W hat i mean is am i limited to using the same brand of card for the router ie .lynksys card and router etc. any help would be great.

First of all, the major manufacturers will have 64bit support - but it is always best to do some research on them yourself,.
One word of advice - in my personal experience I have found that mixing brands when it comes to wireless connectivity usually causes problems - plus duplicate tech support calls if something goes wrong - since you have a LinkSys router go with a LinkSys wireless adapter as well.
