| Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit | Internet Explorer 7 I have two machines running Vista Home Premium x64. but use 32bit IE. I am having trouble with one machine when opening IE that it always comes up in full screen mode and you cannot see the tool bar on the bottom. How can I change the setting so that when it comes up it is not full screen. I always have to either go into tools and uncheck it or launch another screen to get the tool bar on the bottom to come up. Larry. |

| Vista Ult 64bit Windows 7 64 bit Server 2008 RC2 | Re: Internet Explorer 7 Hi Shipinomore, Notice that F11 is next to Full Screen on the Tools menu. This is the keyboard shortcut for Full Screen. When IE opens full screen, press F11 to change. IE should open in whatever mode it was last closed in. Is this not working for you? Gary |

| Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: Internet Explorer 7 Hi Gary and Brink I don't believe f11 works. when I go to tools full screen is checked so I uncheck it and close and then reopen and it is checked. On my other machine when you use f11 you see a change occur in the screen. I had re installed Vista two days ago and ever since it has been several other occurrances that seem strange. since you cannot uninstall explorer and re install I don't know any other options. | Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: Internet Explorer 7 Brink It now toggles back and forth. however if I have it so it shows no check mark and then close and re open it is back to full screen. at least I know now to hit the f11 after opening it and it is then is regular view. It seems that everytime I do an install its something else that is a quirk when running. Thanks for your help. Larry. |
