Vista won't share subfolders

I am trying to access a Windows Vista share from a mac, and I can't view any subfolders in anything except the Public share folder. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Just use the easier way. Connect to (drive)$

So open command and type this Start \\computername\C$

That would give you all files in the C drive. For D drive it would be D$ and so forth.

NOTE
You will need administrator credentials to use this method

Those are the shared folders. Now, are you saying you have created folders *inside* the shared folders that the Mac cannot see?
