As you can see it keeps defualting back to 169.254.203.29 as my Ipv4 it's also the only computer on my network to be doing this.
I can't figure anything out I've tried reinstalling my drivers, updating them, and even rolling my system back, nothing has worked yet.

Not sure if this will help you but I have seen it work in some cases with intermittent connections so give this a go. Turn off your IPv6 TCP/IP protocol I have seen this cause unknown issues, again may not do much but it's worth a try.

I've tried disabling the IPv6 protocal that didnt work either, and my internet is embarqs dsl 10mbit no sign in and its dynamic ip. That computer is the only one that has had the problem and it just happened out of no where and I've found a lot of people having issues with nvidias network controllers just crapping out.

Have you thought of picking up a new Network card to test it out? They only run like $12 for an internal one and around $19-$25 for a usb-to-ethernet style. The only other thing I can think of is update the drivers for your current network adapter.
