Is there a program that can throttle local internet connections (local as in your own computer) that works on, or more preferably, optimized for vista x64?
I already looked into netlimiter, I was wondering if there is anything else that I missed that you guys are using.

Honestly I have never found anything *but* netlimiter for throttling....
Then again, though, I have never looked for it other than looking for clients / friends.

Damn.. they even have x64 version.. maybe I should actually buy a piece of software rather than mooching on freewares and open source projects...
NetLimiter 2 Pro $29.95 hmmmm...

There has to be something else out there- I'd search BetaNews (aka File Forum) for their stuff....I usually find really really good freeware and Open Source there.

Thanks, I'll look around BetaNews and sourceforge and other places.
It seems like a common thing people would want, I mean you can block and unblock connections on all firewall programs.. (it's what they do lol) I just want to do that... with a limit.
