| Vista Home Premium x64 | Down/Up load throttle / Firewall Is there a program that can throttle local internet connections (local as in your own computer) that works on, or more preferably, optimized for vista x64? I already looked into netlimiter, I was wondering if there is anything else that I missed that you guys are using. |

It seems like a common thing people would want, I mean you can block and unblock connections on all firewall programs.. (it's what they do lol) I just want to do that... with a limit. |
