| Vista Home Premium | Access Denied To Desktop Over Network I have two pc's, HP a6220n and a HP a6400f connected to a network...I can view and access the public folders between the two. However I am using one as a media and have it connected to the TV and I want to be able to drag and drop files to the Desktop of that PC instead of one of the public folders then have to move the file again. I have successfully shared the Desktop and can see it in the network but I do not have access it and I get denied. "Windows Cannot Access \\Media-PC\Desktop" Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Wil |

| Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: Access Denied To Desktop Over Network This is just a shot at it, go to control panel -> system -> advanced system settings -> remote -> allow remote assistance connection and see if it is enable. If it is not, enable it and see if it does anything for you. |
