Ok... I have a desktop with Vista 64... I've installed a new router in the office from telus with the modem built in. Installed it... works great. Created a network... Installed a printer on the network... Checked the Internet everything works...

So, now I take out my laptop with way-better-than-vista (XP) on it. I go into my network connections... find the network connect to it... Boom internet!... But i cannot connect to the network to be able to print... or share files...

-i did set the network to Private
-the workgroup names on both computers is identical
-both computers have names
-both the I.Ps for the computers are within the I.P. Range allowed on the router...

I've officially run out of ideas, next step chucking it out the window... please help!
