| Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium | Re: Home network problem Call your network, they should know your password. Either that or check all the documents that came with your internet, maybe you wrote it down somewheres. Check things in here and see what you have your network set to. Control Panel\Network and Internet\Manage Wireless Networks Find the Network your trying to use, right click on properties and then look at security. Do you have the security code entered if so go back to properties, and then click on connect automatically when in range. |

| Vista Ultimate x64 MAK, OpenSolaris 5, Gentoo 2008.1.... | Re: Home network problem When you come home it may be that your laptop is set to try to authenticate to a domain controller at work, and is trying to do the same thing at home. Is your machine already powered on before you connect to your home network? Is it wireless or wired? |

| Vista Home Premium 64bit | Re: Home network problem This is just me but personally i would just reset the router and hopefully that should reset the username and password if you had changed it from its default. It could be like Admin, Admin or Admin, (and no password), or Administrator, Administrator etc. |

| Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium | Re: Home network problem Dont blame vista for your internet problem, do whats suggested above and reset your router. You can also go into control panel/network and internet/network and sharing center. Click on the view status and then diagnose the activity and see if your computer can solve its own problem. |

| Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium | Re: Home network problem Sorry about not being of more help, DSN problems are common with dell computers, so if you have one of those then check out the dell website. Is it just not finding your DSN address or is there an error?
