| 32 Ultimate | media services disconnected Microsoft tech support has been trying to fix my machine because it won't shut down. Now they "fixed it" so I can't get an internet connection. I've tried rebooting modem, reinstalling network card, and removing my router. When I try ipconfig all the lines indicate media diconnected. I made sure sharing is enabled in network center. Last item, I unistalled Norton (per Microsoft). The system was working fine before I did that. I'm running Vista Home premium. Any help appreciated. |
