New router suggestions?

I'm pondering a new home-office router/firewall, and figure it never hurts to see what suggestions folks can come up with.

Here are my requirements:

1. Solid packet filtering & port redirection capabilities.
2. Good support for 6+ IKE tunnels with speeds up to 10mbit (or more).
3. Built-in PPTP server.
4. QoS support (DSCP is what I'm using, if memory serves).
5. Good logging capabilities.
6. Rack-mountable. Preferably 1U.

It does not need a switch.

Please - no Linksys gear. I find their "professional" equipment ... distasteful.
