Renamed folders go missing

When i rename or add to a folder from another PC (Also Vista Ultimate x64) through my home network to my storage pc it disappears

I can see this folder renamed on the storage pc. If i change it back to what it was before it pops back on the other pc.

If i rename the folder with any old name from the storage pc it comes up on the other pc.

Ive just done a re-install of ultimate x64 on my storage pc in which the files im trying to update or rename. It was all working fine before i did a re-install.

Any ideas why?

Re: Renamed folders go missing

Would it have anything to do with permissions?
