I only have one pc in my home with a usb modem, so can I still connect to the intenet with network discovery disabled?
I assume it's just for networked computers in the home and office but I'm not 100% about networks. Could this effect p2p applications if it was removed from my firewall exceptions or is it just sharing over local networks that it effects?
I think I dont need this enabled as I dont have a local network or a wireless printer/modem, I'm not sure what else this would effect?
Is it ok for my to disable this feature?
