Help reconnect dsling

Hi All;
I have a problem with internet connection and I don't know how to solve it .
I have two cards (wireless & dsl) on my laptop, and I swap using both without off_ing any of them .but I found lately that dsl card will be mind confused , and get down with this message (unIdentified Network).. the Wireless is alway working great , trying to solve the problem : I reset tcp/ip , flush dns , uninstall drivers,disabled the wireless , change ip configuration from auto to manual settings ....etc

Nothing change ..

Note:some time I had this problem and I disabled the dsl network for about 2 weeks , when I enable it back , it runs ok..

so my deduction is

this proplem has something related to memory ,caching ,buffering .. or any thing else

Help me resolve this issue
