My upload speed is bigger than should be

Hi i have inexplicable issue. My internet speed is 10Mbit/s (down) / 1Mbit (upload). My spec: E8400@def, 4GB RAM, Maximus Formula, 8800GTS, NOD32, Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro 2009, Vista x64 Business Edition SP1 (new installation) + full updated. Network drivers : Marvell Yukon 88E8056 - 10.64.10.3

And my problem is: when i try test speed (speedtest.net) i see there 970kB/s (OK) in Reliability And Performance Monitor (1Mbit) - OK, BUT in Task manager it shows utilization 2% from 100Mbit = 2Mbit/s (WHY ???). Finally im using network vista gadget and it shows too 250kB/s = 2Mbit/s.

SO WHERE IS PROBLEM ??? THX
