| home premium 64 and home premium 32 | Vista 32 networked with Vista 64 I have two new Vista machines, the lap top is 64bit and the desktop is 32. I am trying to create a home network with the two computers and a wireless printer. The desktop and printer are hooked up just fine. The Laptop however, can access the internet and detect the desktop and printer through the network, however, I can not access the desktop files. When I click on the desktop to view the shared files, It tells me that It can not access the computer. Also when I try and open the public file on the laptop from the network, I get the same error. I also do not see the Laptop on the network from the desktop. Any help would help. When I have Windows diagnois the problem it states that it can not find the network path. |
