Vista - Tcp Errors (netstat -s) Help/Questions

Hi All,
As a bit of a background, I've been having issues with Valve/Steam games online. Specifically Left 4 Dead. Lots of disconnects, very unstable online experience, with very little help from the publisher. I am running Vista Home Premium x64, connected wirelessly to a DLink 4300 router (newest firmware).

I pass all network diagnostics, tests, specs, etc... and do not have issues with anything else. (Online gaming wise).

The following is my netstat info, and a lot of the errors trouble me. This was taken while on WoW, with a few other normal things going on in the background.

Any ideas? Or no issues?
