Vista - About a slower Internet speed.

I got my internet speed slower and limited!
I dunno how, but it just change very drastically...
Why i just know that is that my roomate, use his own laptop but he has an internet speed 8 times faster!! He use Win XP on his laptop.
It happen when i installed a McAfee Enterprise 8.7i in my laptop.
Before the installation progress, my Internet speed is as fast as my roomate does..
But it suddenly happen like that and i got system restore but it useless...

So, my question is, how can i got my internet speed to normal.. Please help me out...

I just can't live with this whole 15 kbps/s download...

You appear to have answered your own question. Since your room mate is still getting good speed, that would eliminate problems with the connection. I presume that you are using a router, either wired or wireless, and that you are sharing the connection. Instead, your problem would appear to lie with this:
I recommend that you uninstall this to see if it helps to solve your problem.

Yeah, i've aware about the McAfee Problem, but the problem now, is that i had removed them out and get a system restore. But still.. The internet speed is so sloww...

Do you know how to get my current setting back??
Or do you know the best way to get my internet connection back??

Try using the diagnose and repair option in the NEtwork And Sharing Center. Right click on your network icon on the taskbar in bottom right corner. If it doesn't fix it then try resetting your router. You can plug it out and or turn the power off on the router, then plug it back in. You can also reset the factory settings on it/ Should be a little hole on the back, get something small to push into the hole to reset it.

I've tried that method. But still.. It didn't works. There's said nothing wrong with it... So, what's the problem here?? Still So sloww, but friend's not... I need more help...

Where can i ask McAfee for this probs??
