i Just bought a new PC with vista on not xp. But i cant get internet to work. I Took it back shop, they said i need a installation disc from my provider, ie, virgin/blueyonder cable. So i phoned them, they say there is no such disk. My pc should work fine. arRRRRGGGGG. so shop saying i need it. cable saying i dont. I CANT GET A REFUND AND HAVE A PC THAT I CANT GET TO WORK. please help anyone !!!

Hello Paul, and welcome to Vista Forums.
You will need to contact your internet provider and have them walk you through setting your computer up to connect to their service that you are paying for. It is their job to help you as their customer. If they will not, then I would recommend that you find another provider that will.
